Role Purpose:

Reporting to the Continental Administration Manager for Europe with a dotted line into the Operations Manager for Europe, based at European Head Office supporting Assurant Spanish Operations.


This multi-Lingual Operations Support role is responsible for:

  • Delivering administrative services for our internal service, finance and IT areas
  • Supporting the operations teams to drive performance and quality
  • Complaints Handling


Role Requirements:

This multi-Lingual Operations Support role is accountable for:

  • Managing scheduled tasks to ensure customers are created, billed and cancelled within agreed timescales.
  • Managing the complaint handling process for Spain.
  • Supporting the third party providers with claim queries and escalations.
  • Supporting the operations to drive performance.
  • Translation support for UK and Spanish teams.
  • Monitoring and improving call quality and compliance measures
  • Contributing to customer journey reviews by identifying and driving process improvements.
  • Ownership for the delivery in year objectives aligned to required performance standards


This multi-Lingual Operations Support role consists of:

20% Administration support

40% Complaints handling

40% Operations support
